Visual Basic Games Programming Studio - This site has 7 great tutorials that explain everything from using flags to using windows API. You can also find some good utilities to download. In addition (yes, this site actually has MORE!) you can find MVaders, a space invaders clone made in visual basic (a vb3 and vb5 version). Source code is available for this game.
Visual Basic Gaming Land - This is a nice site, with some simple, easy to follow tutorials, a tips and tricks section, and downloads for addins and games.
QBasic World - This is one of the best QBasic sites around. You can find game and utility downloads, as well as all versions of QBasic available for download. Tutorials and a message board are also at this site! Highly recommended for QBasic programmers.
